Stronghold Cleaning Solutions — Service Terms

1. This quote is an estimate based on the information you provided. The final price may be adjusted following a site inspection if conditions differ materially from what was described.

2. Quote validity: 7 days from issue date. After this period, pricing may be revised.

3. Bookings require confirmation in writing (email or SMS). A booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from our team.

4. Cancellation policy: A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel without charge. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked price.

5. We are fully insured for public liability. Any damage caused during service must be reported within 24 hours.

6. Access and closed doors: we treat a closed door as a private room. If a door is closed when we arrive, we will not enter that room, clean it, or move anything within it, unless you have asked us to beforehand. If you would like a room included, leave the door open or tell us in advance.

7. Bond / End of Lease cleans: full inclusions apply per industry standard. A deposit of 50% of the quoted price is payable to confirm the booking, with the balance due on completion. Carpets are vacuumed only (no steam clean included). Steam cleaning can be arranged separately if required.

8. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: if you're not satisfied with any part of the clean, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to make it right at no extra cost.

9. Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. For bond and end of lease cleans, a 50% deposit is payable before work begins and the balance is due on completion. Deposits are refundable if the booking is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.
